GANEx attestation from INSEMEX

Sargon's GANEx attestation covers design, installation, commissioning, maintenance and inspection of Ex installations. Contact us for the attestation and to confirm the scope applicable to your installation.

Who needs inspection?

Facilities with classified Ex zones, including fuel depots, chemical and paint plants, grain handling facilities, gas distribution and mining operations.

Inspection scope

The engagement considers equipment condition, installation records and the inspection requirements applicable to the classified areas. EN 60079-17 and the ATEX workplace framework form part of the scope review.

Inspection types

  • Initial inspection: review of the installation before it enters service.
  • Periodic inspection: assessment of the installation's condition at an agreed inspection interval.
  • Sample inspection: examination of a defined selection of equipment where appropriate to the inspection programme.

Deliverables

The agreed output includes an inspection report, recorded findings and supporting documentation to help the operator plan corrective actions and maintain installation records.

Engineering experience beyond inspection

Sargon also designs and builds ATEX test systems, bringing system engineering experience to the inspection engagement. Explore our selected systems.
